I was currently in the process of moving from CA to TN, I had an interview with Pediatrics GI, Heptalogy and Nutrition Department. Since I am located in California still they were able to do a Skype Interview. I was a great experience, the interviewers were so kind and it felt like I knew them forever. They seemed very passionate about their department. We talked on Skype for about 45 mins, When I got the bid for the position I had the weekend to think it over and discuss it with my Husband, We came to the conclusion that we were taking a loss and it wasnt going to be a beneficial move for us. I checked in with the hiring manager to see if we were able to negotiate the cost, unfortunately they are firm on their offers. I was not able to negotiate the salary. I respectfully declined the offer.
