Overall, the interview experience was very positive. There is such a thing as southern hospitality. The questions, however, were VERY difficult. I was not expecting such questions, especially as a new grad (we barely have any experience!). But the interviewers were nice and I enjoyed talking with them.

Filled out application. I had an interview with HR. Questions back and forth. Very pleasant experience. I felt like I was overqualified for the position they needed filled. I was concerned that I wouldn’t get enough hours. The interview went well. They were very nice.

A recruiter reached out to ask me some preliminary questions to see if I would be a good fit. Afterwards, we set up a video interview with the unit. It was a video interview because I was an out of state candidate. The interview consisted of the standard nursing interview questions and 2 nursing leaders present. I was able to prepare by just looking up example questions online. After the interview, the recruiter reached out to me the same day with a job offer.
