Standard interviews, though the hiring manager was slow and uncommunicative during the process. At the end, I received a verbal offer. Then never heard from them again, even after I followed up. I'm still shocked by how unprofessional and inconsiderate they are.

Multiple phone interviews followed by a couple in-person interviews. Most were one-on-one but a couple were group interviews. Some of the interviews were more technical Q&A while some of the interviews were more conversational in nature. Overall I was impressed by the level of interest in my previous work and their interest in what I thought I could bring to the organization.
