I declined to keep going after the phone screen. The HR rep seemed extremely pushy and was asking me if I wanted to do the second round interview the same day as my phone screen, even though I mentioned I was on a lunch break. When I explained I withdrew my application because I couldn’t start on the specific date of the training class, she tried to push me into another start date and was rude/dismissive in suggesting I just go to my original interview or reschedule. Seems like a place that’s desperate to hire anyone or people don’t stick around at.
