It was all remote and went on for over 2 months. They have your references go online and subjectively rate you on a scale. I didn’t get the job because someone marked me low. Which is odd because I usually get great reviews. They wasted my time, the reference test should banned. It is an unfair tool. I would not work for Vanderbilt now.
