Interview
Interviews were very to the point and I felt all the questions asked seemed pertinent to the role of a research coordinator. My one issue, which was massive, is the interviewing process takes incredibly long for VUMC. You have to get a lot of references and go through several rounds of interviews for even entry level positions, something I have not encountered elsewhere in the field, at least to that extent.

Interview
The process was smooth and everyone I met during the process was friendly and very willing to answer my questions. The hiring manager made me feel comfortable and at ease at all points. The timeline was also clearly communicated to me and maintained.
