Interview
Very corporate, read preselected questions right off the page and most are behavioral based 'tell me about a time' etc'. They want you to tell specific stories that illustrate your strengths. Not very personal and the format they desire the answers makes it feel as though they want to fill out the form rather than get to know you or sell you on the job.
