Bait and Switch by posting better jobs that aren't actually open. (Listed on multiple job sites for up to 6 months ago) They suggested then interviewed me for a different position with multiple managers. After saying they will contact within 1 week, they actually ghost you. HR was also talking poorly about current employees while I was waiting for my interview. I am glad they showed me their true colors quickly, as I would never represent an employer that disrespects their own employees.
