It was a very unprofessional process. I had originally applied for the open position in Arizona, but the recruiter there scheduled me for an interview in PA without notice. I was caught off guard, and the interview process was then extended another 2 week. Vanguard didn't even have the manners to tell me I didn't get an offer, and when I called to ask they said it's still under review.
Three rounds of interviews. Great interview questions. Had to problem solve on the spot. Practice before you interview in person. I had to take an assessment which took 90 mins. 1 in person interview after two phone calls.
