I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vanguard (Malvern, PA) in Jan 2018
Interview
After applying online, I was contacted via email to schedule a phone interview. The phone call was very relaxed, the recruiter went over the company, job description, and asked a few STAR questions. She then extended an invitation to the in-person interview. It was about 2 hours in total. First a presentation with all the candidates about benefits/company culture/positions, and a Q&A. You'll be given a packet with a theoretical client issue, and 15 minutes to read through and prepare your answers on how you'd deal with the issue. After this, the group breaks off to talk with one interviewer about the client, and do a role play phone call. Then I met with another interviewer for a few STAR questions. Overall, everyone was super friendly, and the visit to the campus made me want to work there more!
Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment
