Interview
Multiple interviews starting with a phone interview. Then on location, there was a group orientation of sorts, and then they split us up and gave us a sheet of different scenerios. Then we had to roleplay as the employee helping the customer with whatever issue it was. It took about 20-25 minutes for that interview. Just use your best customer service skills and be prepared for them to ask you how you thought you did. Then, there is a more standard interview afterwards. STAR questions and the like. You also were quizzed on various Vanguard knowledge like what exactly they sell, etc.

When was a time you had to build a relationship with a customer?
firstly, they will ask you introduce yourself. after that will need describe about prvious job responsibility. the interviewer will ask related question in the resume. after that, will talk about job responsibility for the new role.
Easygoing and extremely cozy. Vanguard knows exactly how to make their interviewees feel welcome. The questions were asked warmly and the manager came across very friendly. I would highly recommend considering any position at the company. Far from intimidating.
