I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vanguard (Malvern, PA)
Interview
The were two interviewers, same day and location, different times. One asked the STAR questions and the other presented a scenario and did a role play. At the end of the role play they ask you how you think you did. I explained that I think I could have done better because and then listed the reasons.

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2024
Interview
Internal interview process was two rounds. After speaking with colleagues the external process is closer to three rounds depending on hiring need. The final interview will also consist of a sales simulation where a situation is given to you and you are required to do your best to sell a product/service to the interviewer.
