I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vanguard in Dec 2013
Interview
Initially Vanguard was offering a an IT college to corporate internship virtual career event for juniors in my school. Even though I wasn't applying for the IT internship, they connected me to the HR manager for the C2C internship and she asked me a few basic questions such as why I am interested and where I see myself in a few years. Then she gave me a telephone interview which I didn't do great on.
