The first interview was a phone interview in which they asked behavioral questions and asked questions about my general knowledge of mutual funds and index funds. I was then invited to a final interview at the Malvern location where there were two additional interviews. The first was a behavioral interview. Remember to answer the questions using the STAR method. The second interview was a case study. The case study wasn't that bad I was the most nervous for that.

The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
