Very basic and wasn't anything special, sent an email for phone screening. We spoke did a phone screening, and then interviewed. Waited for a response from the recruiter until then.

HR called while I was walking down a busy street. When I tried to resched. she insisted on conducting the interview. I had to scream my responses into the cell and most of the time, I could not hear the question. I was out of breath from rushing to get to my car for silence. Needless to say, I got a Dear John letter.
