I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vanguard (Malvern, PA) in Nov 2014
Interview
I had a brief in person first round interview and was invited to another interview which was the final interview. Was flown into Malvern and everything. Everyone was very friendly but mostly behavioral questions and questions about my resume. Also, had a group interview on one question. Nothing too crazy.

Passed Coding exam, took Behavioral interview, then got completely ghosted. I would at least expect a rejection from someone who took the time to interview me, but I guess their HR needs some work
