Start with a brief phone screening, usually around an hour that will test you on basic financial knowledge. They will invite you on the spot for an on campus interview (if you pass). On campus interview is 4 hours with a group interview for the first hour (ask as many smart questions as you can, show your interest!!) 2nd hour case study (use all of your past costumer service experience, make them feel unique and valuable) 3rd hour behavioral questions (practice this questions before the interview, if you follow my guide you will get the job) last hour (H.R with all of the amazing benefits this company offers)

The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
