I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Vanguard (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2014
Interview
First, I was interviewed by Phone, I was informed that if everything was satisfactory i would be contacted for a live interview. Next was the in office interview with hiring manager. A final interview s was conducted with a Department Head and Service Manager.
This interview was conducted in a fair and expected manner, there were no real suprises.

The interview process was pretty standard, starting with a phone interview and then moving to a virtual team meeting with the recruiter. Very friendly and open to answering your questions.

Question 1
What do you know about Vanguard?
Tell me about a time... handling a customer, difficulties, multitasking
Seamless process with very kind people. They made it easy to talk about my experience prior and answered all of my questions honestly. They went by fairly quickly but it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
