Interview
There is initially a brief phone interview depending on how that goes they then extend an offer to do an interview in person. The in person interview is about 4 hours done by 3 different people one on one. They also do a tour of the campus. The interview questions are the STAR method or behavioral based questions. Basically how you handled past experiences.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you took the lead on a difficult project.
firstly, they will ask you introduce yourself. after that will need describe about prvious job responsibility. the interviewer will ask related question in the resume. after that, will talk about job responsibility for the new role.
Easygoing and extremely cozy. Vanguard knows exactly how to make their interviewees feel welcome. The questions were asked warmly and the manager came across very friendly. I would highly recommend considering any position at the company. Far from intimidating.
