Phone interview call with recruiter to video interview with a Senior Lead. Asks pretty standard questions, a lot of redundancy, use the STAR method, look into their core mission and answer their “behavioral questions “
The interview process was pretty standard, starting with a phone interview and then moving to a virtual team meeting with the recruiter. Very friendly and open to answering your questions.

Seamless process with very kind people. They made it easy to talk about my experience prior and answered all of my questions honestly. They went by fairly quickly but it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
