The phone interview is a breeze, I studied all week for my in person interview and left feeling very confident. Just show a lot of interest in the company and tell them why you want to work for Vanguard! (you love to help clients and you love their culture are great points to expand on)

1. phone screening asked what an ETF, stock and mutual funds are, also asked about the current market news so follow that the week of your interview
2. the in person interview was laid back. They did a case study where you were given a scenario that you needed to solve (as if you were calling the client) and then they did the basic interview **be prepared to answer many star questions
- they are looking for someone with great customer service skills, be yourself, you do not need to be a finance major
