Interview
First there was a interview in Mexico City with direct boss and his boss. In where several candidates were interviewed. After positive answer, I went to Las Vegas for final interviews in where I met with top executives and engineers and understood much better what they were looking for.

Went through five rounds of interviews including twice with the direct hiring manager. Everything moved quickly and I thought all the interviews went extremely well. I was surprised to be ghosted and never heard back from them regarding the status of my application until I followed up a few weeks after. Would have appreciated knowing their decision rather then to keep me hanging especially after investing that much time speaking with all team members.
