Contacted by a recruiter who took almost a month to get back and she did mixed up by resume with someone else and called me someone else’s name. How weird? The next is weirder. I had 2 phone interviews - first was ok the next one was with a consultant who sounded frustrated and so competitive. She asked me about why I wanted to get into this work as if She was s career counselor and it was an interrogation & sounded like she was fearful. she spinned the info back to the hiring manager & twisted the info and manager’s response was “the candidate seemed” like she was not interested .. huh?? They were threatened and had to come up with an excuse and that was the best they could do. Very dysfunctional people.
