Haphazard at best, the hiring manager was recently promoted to Service Manager from installation. He knew NOTHING about field service in general. Thankfully there was a Senior Field Service Engineer at the interview as well, he pretty much ran the interview, the "manager" was a fly on the wall. Varian is the leading company in the Rad Onc Accelerator field, and they knew it, they treated me as though I were an imposition rather than a perspective emplyee.

Ho fatto tre colloqui, due virtuali e uno in azienda. Ero molto interessato e l'azienda mi piaceva. Tre volte mi hanno chiesto le mie aspettative di stipendio senza darmi nessun feedback, ma l'offerta che mi hanno fatto era quasi un 10% più bassa. Dopo chiedere cortesemente di migliorarla dato il mio interesse, mi hanno detto che non era negoziabile e non mi hanno più risposto.

Domande tecniche semplici: riconoscere componenti electronici, citare leggi basiche (ad esempio Ohm), domande di informatica, etc.
Telefonata a bruciapelo con HR. Diventata amichevole dopo le presentazioni, con domande generiche su precedenti occupazioni. Ci si è soffermati sulla RAL. Oltre questa telefonata non vi è stato seguito
El proceso fue muy sencillo. Te hacen una primera entrevista para ver si encajas en el perfil de trabajador que buscan, luego ya te pasan con los responsables del puesto como tal. Muy agradables.
