I am dropping this note as I think this is important and can be useful for future candidates! First of all I want to thank you and the Switzerland team for a great interview! For my third round with Finland team, I want to share an honest feedback. There were 2 interviewers. The internet connection for the other interviewer was really pathetic and she was turning on and off her camera to make it better. I think this is very un -professional. Why didn’t she checked her internet connection for this interview beforehand? Even the other interviewer was not able to hear her properly. Also, she started with - “ I will ask you 15 questions” and at the end of each question she was saying “answer me in minimum words”. I was wondering am I in an examination with 15 question where it has been instructed to answer briefly! It was a feeling that my answers or my statements were just of no use or it was a blah blah! Also, her accent was pathetic! First of all I was not able to hear her properly secondly her accent! Literally the other interviewer was sometimes helping me to understand her questions. I was asking her multiple times to repeat the questions. It was my third round and since I was not comfortable with the round, I got rejected. I also went through the interviews with the main Hiring Manager (First Round) and Switzerland team (Second Round), but I never asked them to repeat the sentences, as they were having good internet connections and clear voice. I am in IT for last 15 years. Worked in big shots as well. I also take regular interviews but I have never seen such an interviewer and careless ness about her internet! Its my suggestion, please make sure with the interviewers that at least they have a standard internet quality! To be honest, the third round interviewrs were some what unwelcomming which I saw clearly on their face. I must say it was total wastage of my time and energy.
