Very confusing and disappointing interview process, especially from the side of recruitment. I had the first interview with the team manager which was a really nice talk, I enjoyed it and got a good impression. After this I got an email from the recruiter that I had passed through to the second round, but shortly after receiving this email I got a automatic follow-up email that the sender (the recruiter) wanted to withdraw the last email. I was quite confused about this, but in the end I sent an email on my own stating that I enjoyed the first interview and would like to continue, and shortly after I got invited to an interview with the recruiter. This interview was very casual and friendly. The recruiter told me to expect a response shortly and probably an invitation to visit the site outside of Baden. But I heard nothing at all after that. Completely ghosted. I tried reaching out but received no response. Not even an automatic response. A very unprofessional way of handling candidates from the recruitment.
