First - phone call from the hiring manager, then interview with coding exercise - write a code without so much logic. The job description was not clear at all and the interviews were not nice

Two people team asks algo question, in my case it was two. The pro is to use own editor not strange apps. Very short intro and straight to work. Strange no actual domain questions were asked
