I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Varonis Systems (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
3-phase interview process that moved along very quickly. Senior leadership made a compelling case on Varonis, although mid-management didn't seem strong.
There wasn't any mock demos or presentations, however I did significant research on the company beforehand and communicated this well.
The interview process was high pressure and felt like I was being strongarmed into a role without time to think it over. Not professional. It felt too personal and not professional enough. I didn't like the tone, but in theory I was impressed by Varonis and accepted anyways. Next time I wont ignore the red flags!

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Varonis Systems
Interview
The process involved a standard call with a recruiter (first an external recruiter and then an internal recruiter), followed by a hiring manager conversation and a presentation. It was a very odd process that took a long time. The experience wasn't as seamless as in other places, which created a significant disconnect. No feedback was provided at each stage.
