Unproductive. The interview ended abruptly and early, giving the impression that the interviewer had already decided against considering me for the role before our conversation even began. This was frustrating given the preparation and thought I put into showcasing my experience and qualifications. I was interrupted when attempting to provide context or elaborate on my experience, which hindered my ability to fully communicate my fit for the position. The interviewer mentioned that I might be considered for other roles in the future, but the overall experience left me knowing I would not want to work in a team that seemed dismissive of my background and contributions. It's unfortunate to feel as though the interview was treated as a formality rather than a genuine opportunity to evaluate my potential fit with the company.
