I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.

The interview is performed in online/ remote setting. You have to record yourself and you are given two tries to answer few questions asked. There is a practice question to get you going.
