It seemed that they were dragging me along.
They will ask you to prepare a 20 minute presentation about your self and to speak and present it to 20 Manager's and Leads.
They will ask you to work an extended work week (50 hours) - but you will work more.

They will hand you a marker and ask you to plan out the build of a chair on a whiteboard.
