The application and the initial email with the Senior Talent Partner went well, they were very prompt with answering questions and setting up the phone interview. The phone interview went really well and I felt that I had answered all their questions correctly and described my experience as a test driver and not only was my interviewer very impressed with my extensive experience with testing vehicles and interest in autonomous vehicles, I was told by the interviewer that he'd get back to me within a week so that we could schedule an interview with their director and then a site visit to their office so that I can interact and get acquainted with their test equipment, I never heard back from him in a week until yesterday which was about 10 days after last contact, I received the rejection email stating that they needed people with "More professional driving experience' though I've had more than two years experience as a professional test driver evaluating vehicles across all aspects and am willing to learn new technology.
