I have recently come across an open position for Vay through LinkedIn, I thought that was a great opportunity for my career and I decided to apply. After a couple of weeks, I received an invitation doodle, with a pre-made e-mail, for a 30-minute interview. So, I "booked" a spot suitable for me and sent an e-mail to the recruiter to thank them saying that I was available at other moments too to eventually re-schedule if they were busy at that time. Never answered. The interview was simply bad. The recruiter was really "pis*ed", and did not put any effort to make me comfortable at all. Very quickly described the position and asked me about my CV. They were really rushed when I was speaking about my experiences. Just one question and that was all. Less than 15 mins. They told me that they were letting me know in up to a week with the feedback for the interview. I heard back from them in 2 weeks on Friday night. Everything was unprofessional.
