I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vectorform (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Initial conversation with HR and brought in for an "onsite" interview and tour. Onsite was intense but really good. Met with the Executive Director for the first 15 minutes and then was joined by another PM and engineering lead. Asked difficult questions, abstract questions and really tried to get a sense of who I was and what I could bring to their team.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vectorform (Royal Oak, MI)
Interview
I applied online and got an email about a week later. A phone interview was scheduled with HR - pretty standard 20 minute call. About a week later we scheduled an in-person interview. This was an hour long with HR and two current PMs (one over Skype). The interviewers had a lot of questions (professional and personal) and the interview was slightly intense. Everyone was very friendly/nice and made me feel comfortable. About 1.5 weeks later we set up a call to discuss feedback.
