I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Veeva Systems
Interview
I don't usually write reviews for companies or interview processes, but I was so disappointed with this one that I honestly hope for no one to go through that experience. I DID 5 INTERVIEWS with them and over the course of two months, only to wait for three weeks after my last interview with no reply. Eventually, I emailed them and I received a call with a rejection. It is not the rejection that I was upset about, but it is the fact that they were so inconsiderate to my time. People have lives. If you work full time, have a family, or any kind of obligations, this interview process is not worth it. I've never done more than three interviews with a company. Not only that, the second interview required about 20 hours of preparation. Everything seemed to be going well and. they seemed very impressed with my presentation. The fourth interview was an hour. I don't think you should let candidates get to the third, 4th, and 5th round if you don't even have the audacity to send a rejection email and be considerate of their time. 2 MONTHS/ 5 LONG INTERVIEWS/ EXERCICE THAT REQUIRES MIN 20 HRS PREP/AND THEN A LATE PHONE CALL REJECTION. What a waste of time!
Relatively quick but kind of irrelevant to the job itself. Requires probing on resume over and over. A few personality test questions and then the main interview of over an hour. The veeva systems need to familiarized with before making a task happen for the exam
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Difficult situation in your job and how you overcame it
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
