Interview
HR screen followed by discussion with the hiring manager. Then onto 2 paired programming sessions - both engineers were surprisingly friendly and easy to talk to. They were maybe ~medium LC problems but made to solve a practical problem and not in just a single method. This was followed by a behavioral interview with an executive. Everyone throughout the process was very friendly.

The process began with a first-round personality and behavioral interview. The interviewer focused on my background, communication style, work preferences, and how I approach teamwork and problem solving. After that round, I received a rejection and did not move forward.
