I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Veeva Systems
Interview
Unnecessarily lengthy. 30 hour candidate project. The problem is that you are expected to be able to answer technical questions despite having never used the software in your life. The interviewer repeatedly asked very niche questions despite me configuring a solution which met their specifications. Unlike most companies, where you are screened based on your character, willingness to learn and professionalism, Veeva screens purely off an arbitrary exercise which could easily be learnt on the job.

Question 1
Why veeva? Then technical questions about the exercise
Relatively quick but kind of irrelevant to the job itself. Requires probing on resume over and over. A few personality test questions and then the main interview of over an hour. The veeva systems need to familiarized with before making a task happen for the exam

Question 1
Difficult situation in your job and how you overcame it
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
