I interviewed in 2023 March and they replied to my application really fast, which is a big plus. But the first initial interview was held by someone who participates in the same program that you apply for. The questions were not in logical order and there was no point of this interview.

Relatively quick but kind of irrelevant to the job itself. Requires probing on resume over and over. A few personality test questions and then the main interview of over an hour. The veeva systems need to familiarized with before making a task happen for the exam

Difficult situation in your job and how you overcame it
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
