Interview
Phone screening with a recruiter, followed by one on one meeting with a current consultant. I was given a week to complete their assignment on which I spent around 30 - 40 hours with a presentation. You are on your own to learn Salesforce for this. However, I received zero feedback on my work. I wish they could be more clear about the feedback if they continue putting demands on their applicants.
Relatively quick but kind of irrelevant to the job itself. Requires probing on resume over and over. A few personality test questions and then the main interview of over an hour. The veeva systems need to familiarized with before making a task happen for the exam

Question 1
Difficult situation in your job and how you overcame it
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
