Very thorough process with a fun candidate exercise to prove configuration and creativity ideas. The process was long with 5 more interviews with different people to understand fit to the company
Horrible. Did a 25-30 hour long project that was excellent technically but then was rejected coldly by the team claiming that the reason for the rejection was because my Zoom connection was bad.

Complete a 25-30 hour project basically doing free labor for them
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
