It was a pretty easy process, met with a few different folks on the team, it wasn't too lengthy of a process. I met with a few different stakeholders across the business

Question 1
They asked about my experience and working with different stakeholders.
Applied for a different role that was posted on their LinkedIn and was contacted to schedule a 45-minute Zoom interview for another role. Was told in the interview that they had filled the role I applied for, even though they continue to repost that role on their page. I wasn’t aware of the job description or requirements for this other recruiting role, but the interviewer mentioned that my experience could potentially be a fit for this other role. Interview went fine and was asked general questions about my experience and how I would handle sourcing for certain candidates and how I would evaluate their experience. Was told that I would receive feedback after the weekend and was never contacted. I sent 2 follow up emails but received no response. I’m disappointed in the lack of professionalism, especially as a recruiter myself. The company seems great but it’s unfortunate that they don’t take the time to even get back to candidates with a simple no.
