Interview
4-5 interviews. First one is a simple screening with a recruiter. Second one is the case study interview, which requires about 25-40 hours of preparation. This is the toughest one where they weed out a lot of people. After that, the interviews are much more standard - one with a peer, which is conversational and allows you to ask a lot of questions, and one with the hiring manager where they want to know why you want to work here.

Why do you want to work at Veeva?
Why do you want to get into consulting?
Horrible. Did a 25-30 hour long project that was excellent technically but then was rejected coldly by the team claiming that the reason for the rejection was because my Zoom connection was bad.

Complete a 25-30 hour project basically doing free labor for them
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
