Veeva Systems Managed Consultant interview questions

I had an initial phone screen around the holidays which I thought went well. The HR rep promised to get back to me regardless of the outcome, he never did. I reached out to check-in after the holidays, he once again said he would get back to me with an update regarding any next steps, and he did not. I reached out again recently to restate my interest and received no reply at all. Very unprofessional, speaks negatively to the company culture as a whole.
