One call with a recruiter and then an on-site interview with 4 individuals a part of the onsite. There was a clear lack of expectation setting with this role. The Hiring manager and the recruiter mentioned CMS experience was not a requirement and can be taught. However, half the interview was about CMS design and web application development. Do not apply to this role unless you at least have prior experience with web development, but preferably have significant CMS experience.
