Long, three hour interview. Met with the entire marketing team, the upper management had little personality and lacked direction with the department. A lot of repetitive questions--didn't seem coordinated from one person to the next. Disappointingly, they never followed up to say that the company hired someone else, which is a very small and quick professional gesture. Likely the lack of that courtesy is indicative of the type of company that is run there.
