Design exercise was provided. 2 weeks later: 30 min phone presention of design exercise proposal to hiring manager and one team member 5 weeks later: 30 min in-person meeting with hiring manager 3 weeks later: 1 hour in-person interview with two team members 2 weeks later: 4 hour in-person interviews/presentation with hiring manager and same three team members I had met with before, plus lunch with hiring manager 2 weeks later: negative decision was communicated via recruiter that they decided to pass because I wasn't a cultural fit.
