I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Venable LLP (Washington, DC) in Oct 2013
Interview

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Venable LLP (Washington, DC) in Aug 2019
Interview
I had a phone interview with a recruiter in Baltimore who seemed to be very excited about me and wanted to talk with the hiring manager immediately. She said they base their salary on years of experience and to forward my experience before the 15 years I had on my resume. The next day I got an email saying I was not qualified. I wrote to her for feedback and never got a response. I feel that I was lied to and believe this is age discrimination. If I had known this, I would not have sent my previous experience.
