Incredible initial interview with Danielle. She is an absolute rockstar! Absolutely loved interviewing with her. Was also fortunate enough to have a follow up conversation with a Senior member of Sales Management. I specifically say "conversation" as it just that. Both interviews very much reflected a positive, safe family atmosphere.

Process was consistent with most large companies. Interviewed with manager HR, VP sales. Nothing out of the ordinary. Time line was consistent with most large companies at 6-8 weeks. Offer came in writing timely.

My advice would be they should diversify the recruiter to one that has a more open mind-set regarding talent and experience and isn’t combative in calls about experience and pay scale to the interviewee and also to use more than one recruiter (also current one is contracted). There’s likely a reason Ventura is rated so low and I think it all starts with who is the face of the company assessing who to bring in for talent.

Long time frame. Multiple rounds , peer to peer. People from my department as well as others. A couple of cancelled interviews as well. All were web interviews; and between 30-60 minutes.
