Multiple rounds of interviews and got to talk to multiple executives & tour the site. Application process was some of the best I have been through and the recruiter from Ventura was extremely helpful. She helped set me up and really catered to supporting myself. Hiring manager was awesome to work with and flew in to tour me himself. They are extremely people-centric and its awesome to see.
