The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen and then an on-site interview with several members of the staff as well as a site tour. The on-site interview lasted several hours and was extremely positive. I was told the team was moving quickly and that I would hear back either way within a week to 10 days. I followed up after a week and a half to be told there were more candidates to be interviewed and they would be in touch. Two months later they sent me a boilerplate memo telling me I was not selected for the position and four months later the position is still posted. I was very excited at the prospect of being hired for this role but now I'm disappointed at the lack of professionalism in their hiring process. They've not only lost a potential employee, they've lost a customer.
